Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to build, strengthen, and sustain productive relationships with partners to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure successful execution of partner-led initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and resources to partners to maximize their sales performance and business impact.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner engagement, collaboration, and sales outcomes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and partners, fostering trust, accountability, and long-term collaboration.
