Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. In this role, you will support the sales organization by managing tools, resources, and administrative processes that drive team efficiency. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure the sales team is organized, informed, and set up for success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience partnering with or coordinating 1099 independent sales representatives or dealer/distributor accounts."
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide reliable administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize sales enablement materials, tools, and training documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new sales reps, including account setup, access to platforms, and scheduling training.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing training initiatives, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and updating training records.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral, sales tools, and communications to sales teams.
  • Monitor and update CRM records and user permissions as needed.
  • Support reporting and tracking of sales performance metrics and training completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to help ensure alignment and timely information sharing.
