As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll turn product knowledge and field feedback into the playbooks, training, and tools that help our sales team win-and help clients feel confident they chose the right partner.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-driven.
  • Enjoy building systems that make others more effective.
  • Strong writing/editing skills with a sharp eye for details and brand consistency.
  • Service-minded communicator who supports clients, vendors, and teammates professionally.
  • Extremely organized with reliable follow-through across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to keep priorities moving in a changing environment.
  • Looks for practical ways to improve processes and shares recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in sales enablement, sales ops, training, or marketing support.
  • Experience with CRM/LMS/intranet or enablement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales enablement content (pitch decks, playbooks, battle cards, case studies, talk tracks, SOPs, and training materials).
  • Organize and update sales intranet/learning resources; send weekly communications on changes.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, sales events, competitions, and certifications.
  • Coordinate sales support needs including lead distribution, demo logistics, and DocuSign follow-up.
  • Prepare assigned sales paperwork, as needed.
  • Maintain, optimize, and become a subject matter expert on internal tools and software.
  • Support product launch checklists and manufacturer coordination.
  • Manage onboarding coordination (checklists, materials, access readiness, Week 1 facilitation, and milestone tracking).
  • Deliver onboarding training courses, as needed.
