About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the Business Development Team, translating growth priorities into practical actions, tools, insights, and enablement support that improves execution. The role helps connect strategy, enablement, Salesforce discipline, data, and field execution so client-facing teams can focus on the highest-value opportunities, improve productivity, and execute consistently. This role partners across the organization to strengthen readiness, improve adoption of tools and processes, and support measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, growth enablement, business development support, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize research/insights into practical, field-ready materials and execution plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort using Salesforce and common enablement/analytics tools (or ability to learn quickly).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with philanthropic planning topics (DAFs, Private Foundations, Planned Giving) and/or advisor-facing enablement.
  • Experience supporting sales tool adoption and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day enablement partner to the Business Development Team and support execution of FY priorities, translating needs to create field-facing materials, action plans, meeting preparation resources, actionable data, and execution guidance.
  • Support sales event, conference, travel, and prospect engagement readiness by coordinating goals, preparing briefing materials, enabling outreach, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Maintain a consistent structure for enablement assets so team members can quickly find and apply the resources they need.
  • Support Salesforce and related sales tool adoption by helping define practical guidance, process standards, user support materials, and reinforcement plans.
  • Partner with Salesforce, enablement technology, and business stakeholders to support implementation, optimization, and adoption of tools and processes that impact team execution.
  • Create tool guidance and standards aligned to queue workflows, opportunity management, source tracking, pipeline reporting, and data governance needs.
  • Maintain and iterate process documentation, playbooks, and quick reference materials so sales teams have clear steps and standards for execution.
  • Support activation of enterprise initiatives by translating strategy into practical guidance for client-facing teams.
  • Participate in assigned working groups to support team goals, identify field needs, and convert decisions into execution resources.
  • Help identify where growth exists and the systems, tools to pursue those opportunities effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to improve handoffs, visibility, and field readiness.
  • Own reporting needs for assigned client-facing teams to track performance to goal and sales activities.
  • Support lead, prospect, and opportunity research to inform targeting, personalization, prioritization, and outreach strategy.
  • Synthesize inbound behavior, referral quality, client experience signals, market information, and Salesforce activity into practical insights and recommended next actions.
  • Track performance of assigned initiatives, monitor trends, and highlight insights that inform sales readiness, pipeline quality, and conversion improvement.
  • Prepare sales teams for updates and changes tied to enterprise initiatives, revenue infrastructure, Salesforce Reimagined, Apollo, OPA updates, TA Mod impacts, and other operating model changes as assigned.
