About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of customer communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive demand generation, and Sales Enablement Resources for FFSS. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, clinical marketing, and regional marketing, this role will assist in the execution of communication strategies and multichannel campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating leads for our product portfolios. The incumbent will gain a comprehensive understanding of the point-of-care ultrasound clinical landscape, market demands, customer profiles, and Fujifilm Sonosite solutions to contribute to the creation of messaging and communication materials tailored to resonate with target customers globally. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in branding and communications in healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, or life sciences space preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with exposure to strategy development and execution.
  • Basic writing and editing skills with an interest in developing these capabilities further, along with an appreciation for graphic design principles and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Developing persuasive communication skills in both writing and speaking, with a willingness to engage with external influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic analytical and quantitative skills, with a desire to learn how to use data and metrics to drive insights and improve program performance.
  • Growing understanding of the product, customer base, business objectives, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to projects with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Developing skills to understand both the clinical and business needs of customers and FFSS, and the capacity to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner for partners.
  • Building confidence in working with key stakeholders from technical and marketing backgrounds to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail along with a talent for creativity and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work and lead under tight deadlines and pressures.
  • BS degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative applications InDesign and Photoshop desired but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of customer communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive demand generation, and sales enablement resources for FFSS.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales enablement, product management, clinical marketing, and digital marketing, to execute communication strategies and multichannel campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating leads for product portfolios.
  • Contribute to the creation of messaging and communication materials tailored to resonate with target customers globally.
  • Assist in the management of Marketing and Sales Enablement Databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay current with customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Share insights with cross-functional teams to optimize product, campaign and program messaging and content development for all marketing channels including digital marketing.
  • Review and copyedit written communications to ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate branding guidelines.
  • Work with product management to develop messaging for new product launch activities.
  • Work with global marketing teams to develop messaging and content for key programs, campaigns and customer-facing activities such as tradeshows and workshops.
  • Work with digital marketing for omnichannel strategies and deployment of content.
  • Report on established metrics and work with peers to optimize messaging and content management.
