About The Position

Sales Enablement Specialist will be the key contact for the Regional Directors (RDs) and Enterprise Sales Consultants (ESCs). This position requires a seasoned employee that would be the subject matter expert on the intricacies of Pentegra’s products and services along with the understanding of process and workflow to ensure that the sales process and client experience runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is instrumental to the sales team reaching their annual revenue goal each year.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with an expertise in adapting to different audiences
  • Utilize strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet job requirements
  • Strong knowledge of retirement plan services and Pentegra
  • Thorough understanding of Pentegra’s processes, workflow and various proposals
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience working with retirement plan advisors
  • QPFC, QKA or equivalent designation or willingness to attain
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Driven personality with the ambition to compete with annual goals, year after year
  • High level of commitment to accuracy and detail, strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to bring ideas for improvement to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality, responsive service to all requests for information and sales support from our Regional Directors and Enterprise Sales Consultants.
  • Learn Pentegra’s business model, value propositions, products, processes and fees.
  • Enter proposals, new advisors/partners into Salesforce
  • Mark Sold Opportunities Verbal in Salesforce
  • Monitor and respond to the solution inbox and voicemail and forward all sales leads to appropriate parties.
  • Tracking and follow-up of the proposal stage for entire sales team to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Collecting cash balance illustration info.
  • Knowledge of RFPs and an awareness of who to consult with in the organization to complete accurately and timely.
  • Produce reporting for management and sales team
  • Monitor Pipeline reports for newly generated opportunities.
