About The Position

Amazon Freight is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance sales team productivity. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, managing content management and learning management systems, and executing learning initiatives to improve sales performance. The specialist will work at the intersection of content development, knowledge management, program operations, and training delivery, collaborating with Sales Leadership, Product, Tech Teams, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage high volumes of deliverables, handle senior sales leader stakeholders, and leverage AI for sales operations efficiencies. Key responsibilities include managing training programs, overseeing new product launch enablement, maintaining enablement content systems, and collaborating to remove sales obstacles and drive productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in transportation and supply chain
  • Experience in sales
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
  • 3+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience managing training/learning related projects or programs
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of general AI tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
  • Experience designing and developing training content including instructor-led materials, job aids and other resources
  • Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Vyond, and Captivate and other video editing and graphic design software

Responsibilities

  • Create, deliver, and manage training programs for Amazon Freight teams, covering sales strategies, product launches, customer engagement, and internal tools for both new and experienced sales reps
  • Distill complex freight, transportation logistics, or supply chain concepts into clear, concise enablement assets including quick reference guides, talk tracks, objection handlers, and eLearning resources
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials for live session and eLearning formats
  • Identify key obstacles that prevent sales teams from achieving their goals and address these challenges through sales process efficiencies and targeted training programs
  • Establish measurable targets for training and onboarding that align with sales objectives, monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, and drive completion of required trainings
  • Own Highspot LMS/CMS management (spot page layout, navigation, content organization, usability, governance to ensure a high-quality learner experience)
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and Tech teams to gather insights and drive training effectiveness
  • Collaborate across wider Amazon Transportation businesses enablement teams on large-scale enablement programs and create support materials including online guides, reference documents, and e-learning content
