About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist will support the Sales Enablement team in the development and execution of New Product Introductions (NPI), End-of-Life (EOL) related tasks and customer communication initiatives that help build brand awareness and support demand generation efforts for FFSS. Working closely with cross-functional partners such as product management, market development, clinical and digital marketing, this role will assist in carrying out marketing communication plans, NPI and EOL project tasks, and multichannel campaigns designed to increase product awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, marketing coordination, communications, or related roles.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement customer communication strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills, along with an appreciation for graphic design principles and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Comfortable coordinating logistics for training sessions and supporting event execution.
  • Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data interpretation skills to help track enablement effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and content development.
  • Ability and availability for travel up to 10%, including participation in training programs, commercial meetings, and industry events. Weekend travel may also occasionally be required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment, training materials, and ultrasound systems while supporting training events, meetings, and business activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to customer-facing healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience supporting sales or training teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination and tracking of project tasks related to NPI, EOL programs and campaigns.
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of sales and clinical communication materials and resources for Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Clinical Specialist teams globally.
  • Supporting the coordination and logistics of training sessions and enablement activities for sales teams.
  • Helping maintain and update sales enablement content repositories to ensure up-to-date and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborating with team members to gather feedback from sales and clinical teams to improve enablement materials and resources.
  • Building foundational knowledge as an enablement partner, helping to contribute to content development with guidance from senior team members.
  • Supporting measurement and reporting efforts related to sales enablement activities to track adoption and impact.
