About The Position

Convey (formerly Message Broadcast) is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to elevate the effectiveness of our go-to-market teams. In this role, you’ll design, execute, and optimize enablement programs that support Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Marketing—ensuring teams have the tools, content, and training needed to perform at a high level. This is a highly cross-functional position with direct impact on ramp time, win rates, and overall revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–7 years of Sales Enablement experience within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC) and experience implementing enablement programs
  • Proven ability to create impactful training and enablement content
  • Experience managing content platforms (e.g., Seismic)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to tie enablement efforts to business outcomes
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with enablement and sales tools (Seismic, Chorus, ZoomInfo)

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance selling skills and product knowledge
  • Continuously evolve enablement programs based on team needs and performance data
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time for new hires
  • Equip sellers with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed quickly
  • Proactively recommend new training initiatives and topics to RevOps and Sales Leadership
  • Align enablement efforts to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, and templates aligned to the customer journey
  • Ensure consistency with established sales methodologies
  • Own and optimize content organization within Seismic
  • Ensure materials are current, relevant, and easily accessible
  • Manage and execute a structured enablement calendar to reinforce key knowledge areas
  • Partner with RevOps to streamline sales processes and improve data hygiene across Salesforce and GTM systems
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and enablement with product launches and campaigns
  • Track enablement KPIs (ramp time, training completion, content usage, win rates)
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership
