Founding Sales Enablement Lead

Basis AINew York, NY
$100,000 - $200,000Onsite

About The Position

Basis builds real agents that do real work in the real economy. Our agents operate for hours at a time, performing end-to-end work for some of the largest accounting firms in the world. We recently raised $100M at >$1B valuation and are racing to deploy the most advanced applied ML at production scale. In this role, you'll build Basis's sales enablement function from the ground up—owning everything that helps our sellers ramp faster, sell more consistently, and win more deals. You'll design the onboarding and ramp program for new reps, codify our playbooks and messaging, and build the content, training, and certification that turn product knowledge and best practices into repeatable wins across the full sales cycle. As we scale, you'll partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, and the wider RevOps team to keep our reps current on a fast-evolving product and an evolving accounting/finance buyer. You'll own the enablement tooling and content library, run training and coaching cadences, sharpen our discovery and demo motions, equip the team with competitive and objection-handling resources, and measure what's working through ramp time, win rates, and rep productivity. This is a founding, hands-on role—you'll set the strategy and also build the materials yourself.
