About The Position

The Sales Enablement Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Mitchell & Ness sales organization, centrally managing the knowledge, content, and tools required to successfully sell licensed apparel, jerseys, and headwear to wholesale accounts and internal DTC channels. This role sits at the intersection of technology, content, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional collaboration — partnering closely with product, merchandising, marketing, licensing, customer service, and tech teams to ensure the sales force is fully prepared and informed at every stage of the seasonal cycle. The Sales Enablement Coordinator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a coordinator or support role, preferably within the retail, apparel, or consumer goods industry, with demonstrated ability to manage complex logistical situations involving physical product samples and digital catalogs or data sets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing competing priorities and deadlines across multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Clear and effective communicator with demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and other functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the licensed sports apparel business, including an understanding of league and team licensing relationships across the NBA, NFL, MLB, and similar properties.
  • Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Elastic, Salesforce) or an apparel-specific ERP or inventory management system preferred.
  • Genuine passion for sports, fashion, and the heritage of the Mitchell & Ness brand.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, merchandising, marketing, licensing, customer service, and technology teams to align on GTM timelines, content priorities, and sales readiness deliverables.
  • Serve as the sales project manager on all SMU (Special Make-Up) projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the sales organization and product teams to ensure efficient, timely execution.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to gather timely feedback and drive adherence to process standards across wholesale accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure wholesale account partners and internal sales teams have immediate access to accurate, on-brand, and approved product content — including line sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, and licensing usage guidelines — to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Organize and distribute heritage storytelling assets and background information for Mitchell & Ness retro collections, enabling sales representatives to compellingly articulate the historical and cultural significance of M&N products to buyers and retail partners.
  • Maintain and optimize the B2B sales portal to ensure product data, marketing assets, and collection access are current and organized in direct support of weekly sales operations communications.
  • Communicate time-sensitive updates on inventory levels, production timelines, and licensed property agreement changes to internal and external stakeholders to protect account relationships and fulfillment expectations.
  • Support the adoption and optimization of sales productivity tools — including PowerBI dashboards and Monday.com — to improve tracking of product SKUs and wholesale account adherence to operational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the management and distribution of GTM content, reducing friction in the sales cycle and improving asset accessibility for the sales organization.
  • Assist GTM and Merchandising teams in maintaining an integrated GTM calendar that accurately tracks deadlines for seasonal launches, collaboration releases, and wholesale account submission requirements.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to sales enablement processes, surfacing inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions as the Mitchell & Ness business grows.
  • Own the end-to-end logistics of seasonal training sessions, including scheduling, securing product samples, organizing presenters, and managing training materials covering new product knowledge, licensing updates, and wholesale sales cycle processes.
  • Maintain the master training calendar for ongoing seasonal product releases and updates, ensuring the sales organization is always prepared ahead of key market moments.
  • Facilitate internal preparation for major market periods, industry trade shows, and key account meetings, coordinating the assembly of all required resources and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage and maintain the centralized GTM content library with discipline and precision, ensuring all assets are current, approved, and version-controlled across every seasonal cycle.
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
