About The Position

The Sales Enablement Analyst is the voice of the sales team within the Enablement department. This role identifies the specific "use case" needs of our sales teams, from the data they need to see in dashboards to the tools they use for productivity. The role translates these field requirements into actionable requirements, partnering with IT to ensure the sales organization has the insights and resources necessary to win.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales-facing project support.
  • 2 or more years defining and documenting user requirements, specifically for sales users.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and Sales Enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly interview sales reps and managers to identify "friction points" in their daily workflow
  • Define the business logic for new sales dashboards and tools. You do not build the database, but you define exactly what metrics (KPIs) and views the sales team needs to be successful.
  • Ensure every request for a new tool or data point is tied to a specific sales outcome, such as increasing win rates or shortening the sales cycle.
  • Serve as the primary "Beta Tester" for any new internal resource, ensuring it is intuitive and provides immediate value to a busy salesperson.
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies. Reporting findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
  • Use performance data to identify where the sales team is less efficient and recommend tools or content solutions to bridge those gaps.
  • Monitor sales team usage of current resources and provide "Usage Insights" to Enablement lead to help shape future training and development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and IT to enhance sales efficiency
