About The Position

The Sales Enablement Analyst supports the Distribution Sales organization. This role partners closely with other departments (Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, IT, Operations) and teams to deliver insights, reporting, and analytical support that improve sales effectiveness, decision-making, and execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working directly with sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business-related fields (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing) preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to work with and analyze large, complex data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables and complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/THEN statements).
  • Experience with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform.
  • Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience in sales or supporting sales teams is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, IT, Finance, and Operations to support sales initiatives and reporting needs.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders.
  • Build and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Assist in preparing materials for sales calls, business reviews, leadership presentations, and board meetings.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support sales strategy, opportunity management, and business decisions.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights using data from the company’s tech stack.
  • Consolidate, validate, and clean data from multiple business units and sources.
  • Support sales team members in preparing for large, strategic target opportunities.
  • Build strong working relationships and rapport with sales leadership and field sales teams.
  • Participate in project-based work to support enablement and other initiatives – particularly Geo Expansion.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary (1-2 trips per quarter) – including sales ride-alongs, regional meetings, and annual sales kickoffs.
