About The Position

Qorvo is seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement & AI Content Specialist to accelerate how our sales teams discover opportunities, build confidence, and win more business. This role sits at the intersection of engineering knowledge, sales enablement, and AI-driven content creation. You will own the development of scalable, high-impact sales content, tools, and training—while also building and deploying AI-powered solutions that enable our MarCom and sales teams to work faster and smarter. You will act as both a content architect and AI practitioner, translating complex product capabilities into intuitive tools, guided experiences, and reusable assets that help sales teams identify opportunities earlier and engage customers more effectively.

Requirements

  • BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) required
  • 2 years of experience in applications engineering, product marketing, sales enablement, or related role
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor products and customer application spaces
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-facing content
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, automation, or prompt engineering
  • Proven ability to build practical tools or workflows, not just concepts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Own development of high-impact sales enablement content, optimized for solutions and vertical markets & customers.
  • Develop solution-oriented content and training materials aligned to key applications and market segments.
  • Create and maintain DSR (Digital Selling Room) templates that standardize and accelerate customer engagement workflows.
  • Translate product and engineering knowledge into clear, actionable sales narratives and content.
  • Execute against a roadmap of guided selling tools and automated content experiences.
  • Build and refine guided assembly flows that help sales teams quickly configure solutions and identify relevant products.
  • Partner with product marketing and applications teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Serve as a Sales Portal content data expert, ensuring content metadata is useful for discoverability, structure, and alignment to real sales workflows.
  • Work across sales, the sales enablement team and data development to create dashboards and define taxonomy that enables flexibility and continuous improvement in how sales teams find and use content, leveraging analytics and feedback.
  • Act as an AI specialist for MarCom use cases, identifying and implementing practical AI solutions.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools that automate content creation and transformation, improve speed and consistency of marketing outputs, and enhance personalization and scalability.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI concepts, turning them into production-ready tools.
  • Partner with digital marketing, IT, and data teams to align with broader AI and automation strategies.
  • Act as a champion for modern, AI-enabled ways of working across sales and marketing.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve tools based on real-world usage.
