About The Position

The Sales Electrician is a customer-facing sales role for a licensed Journeyman Electrician. The electrician visits homeowners to conduct consultations, explain electrical safety concerns and recommend upgrades such as EV chargers, panel upgrades, and safety fixes. The role combines electrical expertise with relationship-building and sales in a commission-based, results-driven environment. Typical work includes two to three home visits per day, with consultations lasting about two hours. Flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, may be required. The company provides 7–10 days of paid onboarding and mentorship.

Requirements

• Active Washington EL02 Electrician license.
• Journeyman electrician qualification; O2/Residential license specified.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivation to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Comfort working in a commission-based, results-driven environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Visit two to three homes per day for consultations of approximately two hours each.
• Educate homeowners about electrical safety hazards, such as knob-and-tube wiring, and available upgrades.
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners and close sales.
• Represent a professional, community-focused brand.
• Work toward weekly and monthly business goals.
• Coordinate with the inside sales team when additional sales support is needed.
