About The Position

This is a sales-focused role for a licensed Journeyman Electrician who visits homeowners to consult on electrical safety and upgrades, including EV chargers, panel upgrades, and safety fixes. Electricians conduct 2–3 in-home consultations per day, typically lasting two hours, educate homeowners, build trust, and close sales. The role offers uncapped commission potential, a company van with gas, medical benefits, and a $3,000 signing bonus. Top performers may qualify for an all-inclusive trip to the Legend's Club with a guest. An inside sales team can assist with some sales, while the electrician retains 7% commission. Paid onboarding with mentorship lasts 7–10 days. The listed salary range is $150,000–$350,000.

Requirements

Active Washington EL02 Electrician license.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfort building rapport and conversing with homeowners.
