This role supports agency business owners in their role as independent contractors, focusing on coaching and advising them on building the district's profit and growth plan. The key focus areas include field recruiting agency owners to become captive agents and influencing performance results for independent contractors. This is a primarily field-based role, requiring 70% of time (3-4 days per week) to be spent working directly with customers, Agents, and Agency Staff. Occasional travel to office locations for team meetings, trainings, and culture events may be required. The position also involves supporting and upholding the role of agency business owners as independent business owners, ensuring they understand the connection between corporate strategy and their practices, and considering both corporate and agency needs. The role provides guidance on sales results and execution of the state sales plan, assists in understanding district profit while preserving owner control, manages company programs for the district, and helps target and prioritize sales activities. It also involves providing business expertise for successful business operations and sourcing/selecting agency business owners, while building strong relationships.
