About The Position

VSS Group is expanding and seeking a results-driven Sales Director based in NJ or NY to grow its footprint across the US. This is a growth-focused company with genuine career development opportunities. You will work directly with the VP of Sales and other senior leaders to drive growth. The role offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus 10% of all sales generated, with a first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately $100k-$115k. Full benefits and a car allowance of $750/month are included. You will represent a premium suite of vehicle protection solutions trusted by top dealerships, with the three core products of VSS Group: NitroFill, Cilajet, and Alacarte. This role has massive potential without any geographic restrictions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in territory sales
  • Willing to travel (1 overnight/week and daily car travel)
  • Experience cold calling and/or other proactive sales tactics
  • High activity/hunter-style experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Expand VSS Group’s presence throughout its national markets.
  • Dedicate most of your time to new dealership prospecting.
  • Build relationships with dealerships.
  • Educate and train dealerships on VSS solutions.
  • Close deals on the suite of VSS solutions available to help dealerships provide higher-quality accessories and build stronger relationships with their customers.
