About The Position

One of the world's most celebrated ultra-luxury yacht lines is looking for a Sales Director for the Midwest territory. This is a producing sales role for a self-driven individual contributor who loves the art of relationship-based selling. You will own the Southeast territory, build and grow a book of business with travel advisors and direct clients, and represent an extraordinary product that guests return to voyage after voyage.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of sales experience in luxury travel, cruise, hospitality, or a premium lifestyle brand
• Proven ability to build a territory and grow revenue independently without daily direction
• Polished, articulate, and genuinely passionate about the luxury travel world
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely and autonomously
• Hospitality Bookings
• Art Travel
• Forecasting
• Business Sales

Nice To Haves

• Established network of travel advisor relationships in the Southeast is a significant advantage
• Experience selling to ultra-high-net-worth individuals or working with luxury travel advisors
• Familiarity with the cruise or yachting industry is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and manage a portfolio of travel advisor and direct client relationships across the Southeast
• Drive bookings through consultative, relationship-first luxury sales
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client engagements
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and deliver consistent revenue forecasting
• Travel within the Southeast territory to build and deepen client relationships
