About The Position

Our client, a leading provider of office supplies, shipping and label supplies, custom and standard packaging, material storage, and material handling and facility services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Director. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management with strong coaching skills
  • Experience managing sales within a standard process & sales methodology that can be taught to both sales representatives and middle managers
  • Experience managing profit and loss
  • No more than 3 jobs in 10 years

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Manage individual contributors and middle management in WA, ID & AK.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins throughout the region.
  • Oversee 2 Sales Managers each managing about 10 people.
  • Supervise one Sales Trainer and one Key Account Manager/Service Manager.
  • Manage a team of 24 sales people.
  • Be accountable for the performance, coaching, and mentoring of teams across each state.
  • Maintain repeat business with a steady year over year growth.
  • Report to a Branch Manager locally.
  • Conduct team talks.
  • Provide frequent communication to all regional leaders, as well as corporate partners.
