We’re looking for a seasoned and hands-on Sales Director (player-coach) to sign large corporate and institutional accounts, and a team leader to develop and coach our sales managers using best practices (including weekly one-on-one meetings, and utilizing our CRM platform to make sure that we deliver excellent value to our customers). Sales managers typically work with multi-generational families who use our products for their farms and other owners. You’ll work closely with the CEO (company culture) and the Program Director (customer delivery and forecasting). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of farming communities and is analytical enough to work with sophisticated customers with ambitious goals and a layered management structure.
