About The Position

Inswitch is seeking a senior sales leader to own our commercial strategy in the US. The Sales Director will be responsible for revenue growth, enterprise acquisition and expansion across priority verticals, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance and Operations. Your role will consist in leading the country go-to-market for Inswitch’s Fintech-as-a-Service platform in US. Drive full-cycle enterprise sales (prospecting, discovery, solutioning with APIs, negotiation, closing) with C-level stakeholders across Banks, Neobanks, Marketplaces, Telcos, Retailers and Gig Economy players. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Operate with high autonomy while ensuring disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting and shall be open to manage and help running our entity in Mexico, being the liaison between local regulators and our corporate functions if requested. The position requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a global matrix organization. For specific projects and assignments, he/she will be reporting directly to the CEO. Work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization, influencing internal stakeholders and securing resources to remove blockers and deliver customer value. Main tasks will include cold calling, presentation, negotiation & deal closing, everything to be done according to Inswitch’s pipeline discipline, also, you will responsible to lead and grow the US based Sales team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in payments/fintech, including enterprise/strategic deals and team leadership.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
