You will report to the Vice President - Sales, Industrial Replacement and manage a team of Business Development Managers that sell Power Transmission and Fluid Power products and services to industrial OE and MRO accounts through our top distribution channel partner. You will be responsible for: All aspects of distributor partner engagement in the United States and Canada. Developing and executing effective growth strategies and initiatives to achieve above market YoY growth for both Gates and our partner. Strengthening relationships at all levels and building trust, collaboration, and a winning culture between our two world-class organizations. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and results. Coaching and developing talent across the organization.
