As a Sales Director Insurance, you will play a key role in promoting iA Life Insurance products and services to Independent Financial Advisors through World Financial Group (WFG), while building strong and effective business relationships with insurance advisors and the administrative teams within WFG offices. Requirements

  • Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey concepts and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to influence, motivate, and work effectively with a wide variety of business partners.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage priorities, delegate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and professional approach in business interactions.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or within a brokerage environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to WFG advisors on iA life insurance products, sales concepts and illustration software, as well as the completion of all applications/forms.
  • Developing a Marketing Plan for their regions particularly for the delivery of product and software knowledge to advisors.
  • Solicit new business and re-establish contact with advisors.
  • Maintain regular contact with top, past and future supporters.
  • Creating and revising presentations using Power Point software.
  • Responding to inquiries through telephone, email, written correspondence, or in person, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attendance at planned conferences, road shows, presentations, and organized events for supporters during evening and weekend hours, as required.
