About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive the expansion of our Enterprise Networking business across North America. This is a high-impact role focused on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing enterprise networking product sales. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to help position the company as a preferred technology and manufacturing partner for leading enterprise networking customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Broadband Networking, Wireless Networking, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Networking products, especially Ethernet Switches and Wireless Access Points.
Proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships and growing enterprise accounts in North America.
Experience working with enterprise networking vendors, OEMs, or ODM manufacturers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with or selling to companies such as: Cisco, Arista, HPE, Juniper, Dell Technologies, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Extreme Networks, Ruckus, Cambium Networks.
Experience supporting AI infrastructure, Data Center Networking, or ODM/OEM business models is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new enterprise customers across North America, including leading networking vendors, OEMs, and emerging AI infrastructure companies.
Drive business growth for enterprise networking products, including: Enterprise Ethernet Switches, Enterprise Wireless Access Points (EAP), SD-WAN, AI Servers, Smart NICs, Data Center Networking Solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
Coordinate technical resources to support product demonstrations, evaluations, PoCs, and customer training.
Lead strategic account planning to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Support.
Support RFQs, RFPs, and customer proposal activities.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
