The Sales Director, Americas is responsible for leading the Energy+ direct sales organization to meet or exceed orders, revenue, and profitability objectives and to achieve sustainable, profitable year-over-year growth through deployment of the Energy+ strategy, building organizational strength, and driving process improvements that support selling activities. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the Energy+ growth strategy and will ensure that commercial business plans are aligned to growth targets. This position reports to the Vice President, Energy+ Global Sales and is part of the Energy+ business unit with headquarters in Port Washington, New York and will be fully remote.
