About The Position

CSafe is seeking a remote Director of Sales Americas to sell parcel solutions and join our world class sales team! CSafe offers the most comprehensive temperature-management packaging solutions for pharmaceutical cold chain shipping needs around the world to ensure patients receive life enhancing products. This critical role will be responsible for management of the US Parcel sales team and activities which are focused on the successful execution of the revenues and margin dollars in target markets. You will contribute by driving CSafe revenues within target markets; prospects, qualifies and closes new business and acts as CSafe advocate in the US territory. Requirements

  • Degree in business or fields including pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, biomedical engineering. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of successful solutions business-to-business selling experience, preferably in the life sciences industry with experiences at pharma services, airline, freight forwarding/logistics companies preferred.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical supply and services, Pharma CDMO, Biologics, Life Sciences, Cold Chain Packaging, Cold Chain Logistics, and Air Cargo areas desired.
  • Knowledge of the Cell and Gene Therapy market and Data as it relates to the transport and logistics of pharmaceutical shipments is a plus.
  • Consistent and verifiable track record for achieving sales quotas and winning new customers.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and internal team members.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication.
  • Strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • Knowledge of complex sales tools such as “Strategic Selling.”
  • Goal orientated, highly enthusiastic, dedicated to excellence and biased toward action.
  • Work location must be in the located within the United States mainland.

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Cell and Gene Therapy market and Data as it relates to the transport and logistics of pharmaceutical shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves revenue objectives.
  • Build brand value and market awareness and penetrates market with Passive/Parcel products.
  • Develop and maintains long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers.
  • Build relationships with partners’ sales teams to produce effective, strategic selling solutions.
  • Develop a structured sales plan to include the development and management of sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Clarifies and qualifies opportunities; develops proposals and makes formal presentations to potential clients.
  • Further CSafe value proposition and clearly communicates it in the target market with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Maintain and communicates market knowledge, e.g., changes in customer environment and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize the CRM to record opportunities and manage them through the sales funnel process until they are closed as won.
