Solect Energy is seeking a full-time Sales Development Team Manager to lead new customer and project origination. This role will develop new account meetings and new project opportunities by prospecting commercial building owners and supervising a team of full-time outbound sales development specialists. The individual will work with the Marketing and outside Sales teams and be responsible for achieving and reporting on new meeting and new project goals. Applicants should be goal-oriented and highly motivated, organized, and experienced with software applications; have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; and have experience in B-to-B new customer acquisition.
