We are looking for our next Sales Development Specialist with a focus on Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to join our growing team in the Americas! Within the SDE team, our purpose is to be a game-changer in the enterprise software industry by delivering a seamless, value-driven digital experience to customers, specifically addressing the financial and procurement transformation needs of organizations. Our mission is to increase sales productivity by generating a high-quality pipeline focused on sales planning and Incentive management solutions that convert into measurable revenue and help customers achieve operational excellence. As a Sales Development Executive aligned to the SPM portfolio, you will be responsible for engaging with finance, revenue operations, sales, and sales operations leaders. Your focus will be on building a pipeline of opportunities that address business challenges in sales planning, seller visibility, incentive management, and compliance. You will work closely with Account Executives, Solution Advisors, and Partners to drive digital transformation initiatives that improve financial outcomes and operational efficiencies for our customers in the Americas market.
