The Sales & Revenue Performance Specialist supports Prima Living Senior’s Communities by improving sales performance, strengthening CRM execution, and coaching residence-based teams. Acting as a field-based extension of the National Director, this role partners with Executive Directors and sales teams to enhance conversion, build capability, and ensure consistent execution of sales standards across all communities. This is a hands-on, travel-based role focused on performance improvement, training, and operational support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
