The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for lead qualification of inbound demand by engaging prospects, identifying needs, and assessing sales readiness across multiple channels. They will execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned to priority segments using coordinated email, phone, and digital outreach. This role will ensure a high-quality handoff of qualified opportunities by capturing and documenting critical prospect insights. The specialist will oversee accurate tracking of lead activity, engagement, and progression within CRM systems such as Salesforce and drive timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads in line with qualification standards and service level expectations. They will also provide structured feedback to sales and marketing on campaign effectiveness, buyer pain points, and market dynamics, and deliver against defined performance metrics including qualification volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Maintaining strong knowledge of GE HealthCare offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends is also a key responsibility.
