About The Position

SA Technologies Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to help grow their business in the SF Bay Area. The primary focus will be AI & Technology Sales, with staffing and engineering talent solutions as an additional offering. The role involves identifying and prospecting new technology clients, generating new opportunities through various outreach methods, understanding client needs, and maintaining a sales pipeline. The SDR will work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to convert opportunities into business.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, technology sales, staffing, recruiting sales, or IT/engineering services.
Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to build new client relationships.

Nice To Haves

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus.
Exposure to VMS/MSP or direct-client sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new technology clients across the Bay Area.
Reach out to CTOs, Engineering Leaders, AI/ML Leaders, HR/Talent Acquisition, and Procurement teams.
Generate new opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and events.
Understand client technology and hiring needs and connect them with SA Technologies solutions.
Generate opportunities for AI Consulting, Technology Services, Engineering Services, and Staffing.
Develop both direct-client and VMS/MSP opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track activities in CRM.
Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to convert opportunities into business.
