About The Position

National Ramp is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Commercial Access Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the growth of our accessibility solutions by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales process. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with our business development team to generate leads, handle outbound outreach, and connect with potential commercial clients who can benefit from National Ramp’s innovative ramp products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the accessibility industry is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers and industries that align with National Ramp’s target market.
  • Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs, coordinating with the sales team for seamless handoff.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
