About The Position

Hightouch is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its founding Ad-Studio team and help build the outbound sales motion for its creative platform for creating, editing, and launching on-brand ads at the scale required by performance marketing. The role helps establish a new product motion, working directly with leadership to build foundational processes, messaging, and strategies without an existing playbook. The representative will engage performance marketers, creative and brand teams, and other marketing audiences, and will be expected to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate and build from zero in a high-growth startup.
Comfort operating without an established playbook and helping create one.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience engaging customers and prospects.
Interest in technology, and ideally in marketing, advertising, or data.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers matching target personas, including performance marketing, growth, creative, and marketing operations leaders, through cold calls, text messages, email, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
Work with the growth team to research target accounts and create personalized outreach tied to customer pain points such as creative fatigue, slow production cycles, and maintaining brand consistency at scale.
Develop creative methods, channels, and strategies to guide prospects toward an Hightouch Ad Studio demo.
Build the outbound playbook from the ground up, shaping the process, messaging, tooling, and strategy for the new product.
Work toward assigned goals and execute against them monthly.
