About The Position

Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a crucial part of Listrak’s growth and success. This role is focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification for our Account Executive team. As an SDR, you’ll enjoy connecting with prospects and helping to move leads through the sales pipeline, booking discovery calls that showcase the power of Listrak’s digital marketing platform and the impressive results leading retailers and brands achieve when partnered with our 25-year ecommerce industry expertise. Our SDR team thrives in a work environment that offers a unique balance of autonomy and structured training and coaching. Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales goals

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience within technology, software or SaaS is a plus
  • Experience using the following sales tools is a plus: SalesLoft, Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNav, or SimilarWeb
  • Experience with AI tools, such as MS Copilot and Chat GPT in a business environment preferred
  • Familiarity with online retailers and ecommerce a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline by setting discovery calls with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Own and manage a book of business with pre-qualified accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools (SalesLoft, Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNav, ZoomInfo etc.) to research leads/accounts and set qualified meetings.
  • Work in a high-growth environment where you can try new things, think outside the box, and share success across the team.
  • Develop fun, creative outreach methods that stand out and make a lasting impression with e-commerce brands.
