About The Position

As one of our first hires, you'll help shape the culture, work alongside our leadership team from the very beginning, and build your career in an office that's set to become one of our flagship US locations. PHMG is building a high-performance team of Sales Development Representatives who are trained to succeed through a proven sales academy, with exceptional career progression and uncapped earning potential from day one. The role involves making outbound B2B calls to business leaders across the US, generating new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high-value appointments. You will achieve ambitious weekly and monthly targets and develop a long-term career through structured progression and ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders.

Requirements

• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) — no weekends
• Eligible to work in the US
• No previous sales experience required — we'll provide all the training you need. We hire for attitude, ambition and work ethic.
