As the first point of contact with prospects, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, initiating relationships with decision-makers, and setting up Associate Account Executives, Account Executives, and Account Managers for success. Key attributes for this role include curiosity, quick learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to compellingly present Lillio's offerings. Responsibilities

  • Utilize research to meet and exceed monthly quotas for creating new sales opportunities through responding to warm/hot inbound leads, cold calling, and cultivating new leads.
  • Identify prospect gaps in achieving their goals and suggest appropriate products to help them succeed.
  • Build rapport quickly with key decision-makers in early childhood programs (owners, directors, systems leaders).
  • Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum daily efficiency.
  • Record and update data in Salesforce accurately and in real-time.
  • Stay informed about changes in the Early Childhood Education industry.
  • Be an active team member, collaborating with the team and coordinating cross-functionally, especially regarding top-of-funnel activities.
  • Continue to learn and grow as a sales professional.
