About The Position

This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls, bypassing gatekeepers, and securing conversations with business owners and C-level executives. Requirements

• 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
• Fearless on the phone - the dial doesn’t scare you, it excites you
• Excellent communication and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Rip dials. All day. Every day.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives
• Prospect and cold-call business decision-makers
• Build relationships with C-level executives and business owners
• Blow past gatekeepers with confidence and precision
• Schedule qualified first appointments
• Maintain accurate intel in a CRM
• Participate in daily sales coaching and professional development
• Consistently shatter performance goals - not “meet” them
