About The Position

Soulside AI is the specialist AI platform for behavioral health documentation and compliance. We automate clinical documentation from intake through discharge and run real-time chart audits for medical necessity and denial reduction—so clinicians can spend time with patients, not paperwork. We're backed by Counterpart Ventures, GreyMatter Capital, and One Mind. A small team with a clear mission.

You'll be the engine of our outbound motion. Working directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships, you'll identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations—and turn them into a pipeline. This is a great fit if you're curious, driven, and want to do meaningful work at a fast-moving startup. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside a mission-driven team shaping the future of behavioral healthcare AI.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role in healthcare (previous work in AI is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication—clear, human, no filler.
• Interest in behavioral health, or mission-driven startups.
• A resilient, self-directed mindset—you manage your own cadence.
• Coachability and a drive to improve.

Nice To Haves

• familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations.
• Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach—email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership.
• Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews.
• Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows.
