About The Position

We're looking for a driven, phone-confident Sales Development Representative to join our high-performance call center team. This is a sales role first — you'll make outbound calls, follow up on estimates, and convert every conversation, inbound or outbound, into a scheduled job. If you're motivated by goals, comfortable handling objections, and know how to ask for the close, this is where you'll thrive. Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, or inside sales
  • Call center or customer service background is a plus, not a requirement
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and working toward booking/close targets
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to control and guide a conversation
  • Confidence handling objections and asking directly for the next step
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets)
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
  • Technical Experience with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule service, follow up on estimates, and generate new opportunities
  • Convert inbound and outbound conversations into booked appointments
  • Confidently guide customers to the next step — every call has a goal
  • Hit clear, structured targets for call volume and booking performance
  • Manage a high-activity workload while staying organized and accurate
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team quotas
  • Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and purpose
  • Build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence
  • Represent the brand in every interaction
  • Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to keep schedules running smoothly
  • Support team goals in a positive, accountable environment
  • Lead by example through communication and consistent performance
