About The Position

Waterworth is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing Sales Development team. This role is crucial for introducing new communities to Waterworth's software, which helps local governments with financial planning for water resources. The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, researching municipalities, identifying opportunities, and connecting with decision-makers to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the challenges faced by local governments, develop essential communication, prospecting, and business skills for a career in technology sales, and receive structured onboarding, continuous coaching, and direct access to experienced sales leaders. The company emphasizes a collaborative team environment where learning and growth are prioritized.
