About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Outreach team and fuel our sales pipeline through outbound calling and lead generation. This is a crucial role in our sales team, focused on engaging potential B2B customers from our existing data sets, qualifying leads, and securing opportunities for our Inside Sales team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure in a high-impact sales role, build your commercial skills, and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and clear
  • Resilience and determination – thrives under pressure and rejection
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided lead lists or prospecting platforms
  • Drive interest in Epos Now’s product suite through value-based conversations
  • Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level
  • Book qualified appointments and demos for the Inside Sales team
  • Manage follow-up communications to maximise conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
