As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Justworks, you'll play a critical role in expanding our B2B sales pipeline and driving revenue.

Requirements

  • Ability to research and identify target prospects. This isn't just about calling a list. It's about using various tools to find the right people at the right companies and understanding their business needs.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media. You should be ready to jump on the phone and engage with new people every day.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top of funnel pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results.
  • Conduct value-driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems.
  • Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition.
