Ediphi is hiring a high-energy Sales Development Representative to be the tip of the spear for our outbound sales motion. You will be the first voice prospective customers hear from Ediphi — running targeted outbound into ENR Top 400 general contractors and turning trade show conversations, webinar registrants, and event booth scans into qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is not a "spray and pray" role. We sell into a defined list of high-value accounts, and we expect thoughtful, researched, persistent outreach that gets chief estimators and preconstruction leaders to pay attention. You will work directly with our Director of Business Development, alongside our Account Executives, RevOps, and Marketing teams, to build pipeline that actually closes. Given the rise in Artificial Intelligence capabilities within the sales development function, we are looking for someone who is well versed in using technologies such as Claude to research accounts, personalize outreach, and automate repetitive workflows. Applicants who have specific examples of AI usage will stand out in the process.
