We're hiring our first SDRs — the people who will put Overtime on the map in the ARM industry. This is not a plug-and-play role. You won't spend your days hiding behind sequences hoping responses trickle in. You'll be on the phone, building pipeline through genuine conversations, and learning to articulate a value proposition that is genuinely differentiated. The majority of your activity will be outbound: cold calls, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn. You'll also work inbound pipeline from events, demand gen campaigns, and demo requests — engaging fast and qualifying hard. Every meeting you book matters because we're a lean team and there are no wasted reps. You'll book meetings for our Head of Sales, Field AEs, and in some cases the CEO. When the meeting lands, you own the handoff. You are not done at the calendar invite.
