Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in outbound SDR or BDR roles targeting Mid-market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across written, verbal, and digital channels.
  • Skilled at building rapport across medium and large organizations with potentially complex Parent/Child and subsidiary structures.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Motivated by measurable goals, team success, and personal growth in enterprise sales.
  • You've got a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the drive to hit your targets.
  • You're excited about working in a fast-paced environment where you'll grow both personally and professionally.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors) across organizations using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and events).
  • Conduct account mapping to understand business models, pain points, organizational structures, and regional decision-making processes.
  • Lead qualification conversations to assess business needs, timelines, and fit before setting meetings for business development managers.
  • Partner with Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing to refine messaging, share market insights, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce to track engagement and pipeline performance.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and industry changes that influence buying behavior.
  • Represent LodgeLink at industry events, trade shows, and conferences — building your network, identifying new prospects, and staying at the forefront of workforce travel trends.
  • As you grow in the role, take on increasing ownership of the sales process — with a clear path toward managing full deal cycles, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing responsibilities.
