About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and pipeline for Kenko by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers—many of whom may not be actively searching for a solution. You’ll focus on small and mid-sized wellness studios (e.g. pilates, yoga, dance & pole, cycle, & boutique gyms) driving outbound sales through phone calls, emails, and social media. You’ll create demand where none exists by connecting with business owners, building interest, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll also drive referrals, engage local partners, and attend or host events in your community to kickstart the flywheel and grow Kenko’s brand awareness in your territory. If you're passionate about fitness, sales and energized by building something from the ground up, this role is for you. This is a foundational role with opportunities to grow into Account Executive or team leadership positions as we scale.

  • Strong Communicator: Easily connect with people, able to articulate ideas clearly both in written and verbal communications along with building rapport. Able to tell compelling stories and handle objections with confidence
