About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating and managing leads while maintaining and growing a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting the foundation for long-term client relationships, all while managing and nurturing an active pipeline for seamless transitions to Account Executives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role (preferably with pipeline management experience).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and pipeline stages simultaneously.
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage sales activities and pipeline.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced sales team environment.
Proactive and results-oriented with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential leads through outbound outreach (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
Research and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients based on fit, need, and buying signals.
Maintain a high level of outbound activity to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
Pipeline Management:
Own the full sales pipeline from initial lead contact to handoff to Account Executives.
Accurately track and update lead status, pipeline stages, and communication in CRM
Continuously monitor pipeline health to ensure proper forecasting and the timely movement of qualified leads through the sales process.
Provide regular updates on pipeline activity to sales management and executives.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using qualification frameworks such as BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC.
Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, determining whether they are a good fit for the company’s solutions.
Schedule and set appointments for follow-up meetings, demos, and calls with Account Executives.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and follow-up of qualified leads.
Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and customer pain points to help refine targeting strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead-generation tactics.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline management KPIs (e.g., number of calls, emails, qualified meetings set, etc.).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
Generate reports to track pipeline health and sales progress, providing recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve sales techniques through training, feedback, and self-driven research.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with leads and prospects.
