About The Position

Sales Development Representative Help small businesses grow by connecting them with financing solutions that make equipment access faster, simpler, and more accessible. This is an entry level sales opportunity. If you're motivated, coachable, and excited to build a career in sales, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. The Sales Development Representative helps Clicklease grow by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners and customers for the sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving goals and creating opportunities through outbound outreach. You’ll join a collaborative Business Development team focused on driving pipeline growth and helping small businesses access financing solutions that support their success. The team works closely with Account Executives and leadership to create strong prospect experiences and generate meaningful business impact.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels.
  • Experience using CRM software in a professional environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah four days per week.
  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Retail or wholesale industry experience.
  • Experience within fintech, financing, or financial services industries.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria.
  • Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives.
  • Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels.
  • Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Communicate Clicklease’s value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners.
