This role is crucial for Hybrid's continued growth, acting as the initial contact for potential higher education partners and generating qualified leads for the Business Development team. The SDR will identify and engage senior leaders in colleges and universities, cultivate relationships, and create high-quality sales opportunities through strategic outreach and consultative discussions. Utilizing data, market insights, and modern sales techniques, the SDR will connect institutional challenges with Hybrid's innovative marketing, enrollment, and technology solutions. The role is based in the Philadelphia, PA office, with an expectation of being on-site five days a week.
